WINERY INFORMATION Established in 1858 Craigmoor Estate is recognized as one of the oldest wineries in Mudgee It is owned and managed by the Oatley family Located in St Leonards in New South Wales the winery and the winemaking team aims to craft wines that have varietal clarity and focus and hich reflect the characteristics of the region where the grapes are grown nbsp nbsp TASTING NOTES Robert Oatley Craigmoor Botrytis is a blend of 10 Semillon with 90 Sauvignon Blanc grapes which were naturally infected with the lsquo noble rot rsquo botrytis cinerea fungus to retain maximum fruit flavours and aromas Craigmoor Botrytis is a pale white gold coloured wine The vibrant and attractive nose exhibits rich citrus aromas with light spicy notes evident in the background The juicy and sweet palate is filled with citrus flavours and balanced by mineral acidity to lead the wine to a lively and refreshing climax Pair this delicious wine with soft cheese dried fruit and rich desserts to discover its full flavour potential nbsp
