WINERY INFORMATION Friends Matt and Grant realized their love for the Clare Valley region and decided to settle there with their families Having managed Ch acirc teau Tanunda and Kirrihill Wines two of South Australia rsquo s most acclaimed wineries they established Rise for a pure expression oftheir philosophy The company offers a selection of premium award-winning wines which the owners themselves enjoy drinking TASTING NOTES The fruit used to produce this stunning Rise vineyard Riesling was handpicked in the cold hours of the morning The free run juice obtained was then fermented in stainless steel using yeasts The resulting wine shows a golden colour with an amber rim A swirl of the glass reveals intense aromas of lemon grapefruit and lime blossom These fragrances effortlessly move to the hard palate containing tangy lime juice flavours These great aromas and flavours fuse together to culminate in a powerful finish marked by steely mineral notes This delicious Riesling is a great food accompaniment to fresh cheese spaetzle baked potatoes on the grill and shrimp and papaya salad nbsp
