"Eden Valley riesling as quintessential as it could be. Aromas of lemon, grapefruit, honeysuckle and beeswax. Characteristically, it's still a little stern on the palate. It tastes of the place it's from. The citrus flavours are muted, but the underlying depth is evident, the slatey acidity guiding t along.
