WINERY INFORMATION Norfolk Rise Vineyard is located on a sprawling 180 hectare piece of land in the heart of Mt Benson on the southern tip of South Australia Sandy white beaches exotic seafood a rugged coastline ripe and juicy grapes and elegant and flavorsome wines are some of the highlight of this wine estate TASTING NOTES This wine displays a dark crimson red hue Appeasing fragrances of mint stone fruits cherries and red berries flow off its nose while the palate is driven by rich and mouth watering flavors of plum chocolate forest fruit spice and vanilla oak meshing with soft and velvety tannins to lead to a lengthy and persistent climax With a cellaring potential of 5 to 6 years this wine is a great match to foods like mushroom ravioli wood fired pizza grilled lamb chops and roast veal
