Displays an intense aromatic profile of lemon and lime followed by a touch of orange rind and talc with some mineral end notes. The palate is reflective of the nose delivering concentrated lemon flavours followed by some lime and light orange rind with a dry steely mineral infused finish.All of our useum Release wines are kept in a special vault with an environment that is both temperature and humidity controlled. The temperature is set to a constant 14 degrees – ideal for maturing wine. They are then tested regularly throughout the year, with each wine documented, marked for when it should be checked again and released at the optimal drinking age. Vintage Cellars has done the hard work of aging wines for you, so all you have to do is purchase a Museum Release and enjoy a hard earned, perfectly aged drink.
