In a glass this mesmerising Sauv Blanc displays a light straw colour along with green tinges The nose emits lifted guava aromas which are accompanied by some brioche fragrances A touch of cask fermentation and biscuity lees completes the bouquet and it in turn leads to a dry and medium bodied paate A sip of the wine shows a creamy mouthfeel and a touch of gooseberry and delicious herbal notes Supported by a lively acidity the dry palate leads to a harmonious finale Sashimi tastes great served alongside this wine
