So it would make perfect sense to look to D’sas, masters of the summer fizz. D’sas sources the shiraz from Heathcote and all from he exceptional 2018 vintage. The resulting wine is rich, round on the nose and palate and overflowing with plums, spice, blackberries and a lovely sweetness. Isn’t logic a beautiful thing?
