Aromatic herbaceous passionfruit and citrus nbsp follow thru to a crisp vibrant citrusy palate with a nbsp clean finish The Sauvignon Blanc was destemmed then pressed and fermented with some untoasted oak in stainless steel tanks at 14C to retain aromatics and freshness Lots of fruit intensity to his nose and strong varietal statement on the palate with nice mineral texture fresh acid and a lingering finish
