This classic Bordeaux blend comes from a plot of mature, well-established Cabernet Sauvignon, harvested carefully by hand, blended with a specific proportion of Merlot and Cabernet Franc according to the vintage. The grapes are sorted and then go through a traditional wine-making process and 18 monts maturing in oak casks, of which 50% are new oak.
