When a multi-generational family run Coonawarra winery offers up its reserve cabernets, you jump at it. You’ll definitely know this producer and know that they do cab sav very, very well. This is leaning more towards medium-bodied but still exhibiting a concentrated fruit profile of cherry an cassis. It’s the grace and structure from the tannin and hints of cedar that really put it a step above. Nothing wrong with feeling a bit classy, is there?
