The Blackberry Patch Cabernet is sourced from vineyards in the Fleurieu region of South Australia. Its ancient soils sit over pre-cambrian Limestone and the cool climate is ideal for growing expressive grapes. Exhuberant cassis, dark plum and obvious blackberry fruits align with enveloping, refined-et-generous tannins. These flavours are accented with the perfumes cedary notes derived from the oak which our wine was matured in. The result; a wine with structure, elegance and poise, and a core of clotten cream. now that's the Blackberry Patch!
