WINERY INFORMATION Yellow Tail synonymous with wines that are easy to drink and affordable was started by John Casella of Casella Family Brands in 2001 John wanted to create a fun wine brand free from the pretentiousness associated with the drink Based in Yenda Riverina the brand sources graes for its wines from various vineyards in Southeast Australia Yellow Tail is inspired by the belief that great wine should be great fun too TASTING NOTES Yellow Tail Pink Bubbles is a delightful blend of Shiraz Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes This soft sparkling ros eacute flaunts a pretty pink blush with lively beads The perfumed bouquet exudes lifted aromas of strawberries while the palate is fresh and fruity containing flavours of red grapes lemons and strawberries These bright fruit characters along with the fizz lead to a crisp and refreshing finish This delightful bubbly tastes great when served with fruit salads summery salads or gelato
