WINERY INFORMATION Yangarra Estate is renowned as one of the best biodynamic wine farms in Australia With their philosophy of crafting elegant wines solely using single vineyard grapes Yangarra has managed to establish its reputation as a world-class wine company producing delicious and innovativly-crafted wines for wine enthusiasts of all ages and taste preferences The vineyard site is situated 150 to 200 meters above sea level covered with sandy and ironstone soils rich in nutrients and minerals TASTING NOTES The blending of Grenache Shiraz and Mourvedre grape varieties has become one of the most loved wine blends across the globe The winemaking team at Yangarra Estate used 65 Grenache 27 of Shiraz and merely 8 Mourvedre grapes to craft this beloved wine blend The grapes experienced an intensive winemaking process consisting of cold soaking wild yeast fermentation and French oak maturation to produce this lavish and sophisticated GSM blend The wine presents a dark violet colour with perfumed aromas spicy hints as well as sandy and earthy characters lifting off the bouquet The palate is brimming with soft and chewy fruit that combines with the fine acidity and silky tannin structure to provide an elegant and refreshing climax Ready for immediate consumption this wine pairs exceptionally well with barbecued meats and spicy cuisine
