Produced by one of Australia's greatest winemaking families, this wine begins with nashi pear, baked apple and orange blossom, finishing with wild honey and feijoa. The palate is a succulent mix of the baked apple and feijoa with a fresh cream and poached pear mid palate, and a tight cinnamon and oameal finish. Lingering orange panna cotta completes this very drinkable wine.
