WINERY INFORMATION Regarded as one of the pioneering wineries of the Margaret River wine region Xanadu Wines offers an award-winning range of intensely flavoured regional wines The estate covers a total of three flourishing vineyards ndash the Lagan Estate Stevens Road and Boodjidup estate vieyards Dr John Lagan established Lagan Estate in 1977 which laid down the foundation of Xanadu Wines nbsp nbsp TASTING NOTES This beautiful Chardonnay from Xanadu Wines presents a pale straw colour The perfumed bouquet flaunts scintillating aromas of pears citrus and nectarine with gentle suggestions of green mango and flint lurking in the background The tight and medium bodied palate is rife with pear grapefruit stone fruit and tangy lemon flavours These intense flavours and fragrances are supported by a fine-boned structure and bright acidity offering yoghurt like texture This delicious Premium Chardonnay ends with a crisp and lingering finale Drink this elegant white wine in its youth or after carefully cellaring it for few years Suggested food pairings include roasted chicken in cream sauce fritto misto and quiche nbsp
