Wolfberger is our favourite producer in Alsace and this black label Pinot Gris Sec shows why. Beautifully restrained, it contains less residual sugar than most Alsatian Gris which allows the purity of fruit to shine through. The fresh pear and honeyed citrus notes are accompanied by a perfumed bouqut. A delightful match for seafood or perfect to have a glass on its own.
