WINERY INFORMATION Family owned Windowrie Estate produces clean and full flavoured wines following the practice of minimal intervention The company also manages a certified organic winery which is said to be the first in the region David and Wizz O rsquo Dea purchased the estate in 1959 and plated it with 60 acres of grapevines in the year 1987 TASTING NOTES This beautiful Sauvignon Blanc from Windowrie Estate presents a pale lemon colour Vibrant aromas of grapefruit melon sage pineapple and tropical fruits leap from the glass These characters replicate on the crisp palate fusing with subtle grassy flavours to end the wine in a refreshing finale This delightful white wine tastes excellent with chicken preparations fresh seafood and salads nbsp
