TASTING NOTES The grapes used to craft Wellton Aufield Pinot Noir were picked and crushed prior to fermentation This led to the creation of a deep red coloured wine displaying purple highlights along the edges The fragrant bouquet exudes lively aromas of plum dark cherry and earth making way fo an intense and luscious palate containing flavours of plum dark cherry fennel and earth These magnificent characters fuse with silky tannins to culminate in a delicate and persistent finale This medium bodied Pinot Noir tastes amazing with Asian and European cuisines especially with duck meat nbsp nbsp
