This Margaret River blend is 70% Cabernet Sauvignon & 30% Merlot and was matured for 18 months in French oak barrels. Exhibiting aromas of black currant, hints of mint, liquorice and plums on the nose, this wine is complemented by a velvety texture with notes of mocha and cigar box on the palate wit a fine silky tannin finish. Enjoy now, or with careful cellaring this wine will develop and mature for the next 5 years if cellared correctly.
