WINERY INFORMATION Warramate Wines is a family owned and managed wine estate located in the Yarra Valley region The estate is planted with reds like Shiraz Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir grapes along with plantings of white grape varieties such as Riesling and Chardonnay These vines re hand tended to produce fruits of great intensity and depth showing the distinct characteristics of the region TASTING NOTES Crafted in classic Claret style Warramate Cabernets features a deep red colour lined by black hues The aromatic bouquet exudes leafy aromas which intermix with juicy flavours of blueberries and blackcurrants on the generous palate These characters combine with subtle earthy notes bright acidity and dusty tannins to culminate in a long and structural finish Made for consumption upon release this medium bodied red wine can also be carefully cellared for a decade Drink it with spicy lamb stew garlic chicken wings or vanilla cookies to unlock its full flavour potential nbsp
