Steady warmth and cool nights helped the grapes build soft berry flavours while keeping natural acidity intact. This balance is ideal for Pinot Noir. Winemaking The wine is crafted with a light touch to keep the varietys natural elegance. Fermentation and maturation are handled to preserve freshness, soft texture and clean berry character, without heavy oak influence. Tasting Notes Appearance Clear ruby red. Aroma Red berries, raspberry and cherry with a hint of spice. Palate Soft and smooth with gentle tannins, bright berry fruit and a balanced, easy-drinking style. Finish Clean and silky with lingering red fruit notes. Key Characteristics Fruit-forward and smooth Light to medium-bodied with gentle structure Approachable and versatile for everyday drinking Food Pairing Great with roast chicken, pork dishes, mushroom risotto or a simple cheese board. It also works well as a lighter red option when you want something soft and easy to sip.
