Victorian Mornington Peninsula's Wandering Distillery stayed open during social distancing, redirecting attention to manufacturing hand sanitiser for frontline workers. But what this micro distillery is best known for, is their Signature Gin. Their Signature Gin is a London dry style gin with a diffrence in that it has the required juniper driven taste but is beautifully accented by cassia spiciness and citrus from coriander seed, sweet orange peel and lemon myrtle. It drinks very well across an enormous range of tonics and cocktails and uniquely is delicious neat. Wandering G & T● Mix Wandering Distillery Signature Gin with Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic, and garnish with pomegranate. A spring of wild thyme or lemon thyme.
