The Winery of Good Hope really have crafted a Cabernet in the mould of the Old World in terms of structure, but is also ripe and generous in the mould of the New, so you get the best of both words. Cherry fruit, subtle oak and spice layer the wine and create an inviting texture before flavours of blueberry, cigar box and spice flood the palate. It's a wine to open on a Sunday lunch to match with roast lamb. Red - Cabernet Sauvignon and Blends - Cabernet Sauvignon
