The Vinteloper wines range from insanely playful (such as the punter-foot-crushed Urban Winery Project) to undoubtably spectacular (the top-tier Odeon series). The White Label wines are getting into the more serious realm, but still approachable in style and price. This pinot is from the Kuitpo sub-egion of the Adelaide Hills and is a light style, that while having an elegant palate, does not lack flavour or intrigue. Bright cherries and cinnamon spice with earthy notes and great tension. The wine was made with the minimal intervention and care that we adore in Vinteloper’s wines - a touch of new French oak supports the fruit and it’s a wine with vibrancy.
