This may not be as complex as some of the way more expensive Champagnes, but boy is it drinkable! There's a fair amount of yellow peaches, green apples and toasted croissant smells on the nose, whilst the palate is lighter-bodied, and soft with some richness of fruit and a touch of creaminess, alongwith a lick of sweetness.
