The Vasarellis own vineyards both in McLaren Vale and Currency Creek, near Finniss, about 80 kilometres south of Adelaide. As with all their wines, their Currency Creek range is designed to go with food and the Shiraz is delightfully smooth, soft and spicy. The Vasarellis serve this one with red mea dishes, though a tomato-based pasta would work briliantly as well
