WINERY INFORMATION Vineyard Sprawling sandy beaches dense lush bushland and skies that seem to go on forever It is from these surroundings that a beautiful tapestry of regional vibrancy is woven into our wines This is Margaret River This is Echo Beach Winemaking The 2015 vintage was ideal or Margaret River wines and it reflects positively in our Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend The wine was fermented in stainless steel using Bordeaux yeast strains and fermentation temperatures between 18 - 25 degrees Towards the end of the fermentation process the wine was pressed into a combination of stainless steel and small oak vessels The final wine is a blend of various parcels from different vineyards TASTING NOTES Lifted plum mint and leafy characters with layers of spice The palate is medium bodied with a soft mouth feel and smooth tannins Ideal matched with red meats pasta and cheeses
