WINERY INFORMATION Renowned for its ancient topography and award-winning wines Two Rivers Wines is a reputed wine company located on Yarrawa Road in Denman NSW The name of the company was derived from the location of its in-house vineyard on the banks of two dominant water sources of the HunterValley region The Vigneron rsquo s Selection range represents the distinct characteristics of the vineyard and the viticulture practices of the winemaking team at Two Rivers nbsp TASTING NOTES The premium fruit used to produce Vigneron s Selection Pinot Grigio was crushed and then the juice was left on skins Post fermentation in stainless steel for 21 days the wine flaunts a pale straw hue The aromatic bouquet offers musk and ripe pear scents The lush palate is rife with honeydew and pear flavours balanced by racy acidity This wonderful Pinot Grigio ends in a refreshing finale It tastes marvellous with creamy smoked salmon pasta spaghetti carbonara and Ricotta cheese nbsp
