WINERY INFORMATION Two Rivers Wines is a flourishing wine estate located on Yarrawa Road in Denman NSW Since 1988 the company has been producing a premium range of aromatic fresh and full-flavoured wines The estate is managed by renowned viticulturalist Brett Keeping and his wife Linda TASTNG NOTES Two Rivers Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is an exciting fusion of 85 Semillon grapes with 15 Sauv Blanc grapes These fruit parcels were crushed and left on skins followed by fermentation in stainless steel The resulting wine shows a pale straw colour with green highlights along the edges The fragrant bouquet exhibits lifted aromas of citrus coupled with passionfruit and soft grass notes The crisp and lively palate is full of tropical fruit flavours ending the wine in a tight and structured finale This wonderful white blend tastes excellent with poached chicken prawn ravioli and Thai green curry nbsp
