WINERY INFORMATION With over two decades of winemaking experience Tuck rsquo s Ridge crafts an excellent series of superbly balanced flavoursome cool climate wines The company uses premium fruit parcels harvested from their in-house vineyards and neighbouring sites in Mornington Peninsula to prouce these unique wines Established in the year 1985 and is nbsp now nbsp located on Shoreham Road in Red Hill South Victoria TASTING NOTES The grapes used to craft Tuck rsquo s Ridge Buckle Pinot Noir were handpicked crushed and then pressed Post maturation in new French oak the resulting wine presents a deep garnet hue accompanied by a subtle pink haze The aromatic bouquet is an amalgam of a variety of cherries plums toast and red fruits This dazzling Pinot Noir is intense and layered on the palate containing subtle savoury notes and fine tannins These vibrant flavours and fragrances combine to offer a tempting finale With the potential to be cellared for 5 to 20 years from vintage this alluring red wine tastes fantastic with food items like grilled quail green lentil curry and fresh fettuccine with chicken liver sauce nbsp nbsp
