Tomich are a ‘Fo favourite producer and their Woodside shiraz is just another example why. With berries, plum, pepper and chocolate, this is a medium to full-bodied vino that has picked up 96 points from James Halliday himself. alliday calls it “very complex in flavour, texture and structure” with “dark cherry and spice lifting the back-palate, finish and aftertaste to level all of its own.” Matured in a combination of French and American oak, it has a long finish reminiscent of Grace Kelly – elegant AF.
