The nineteenth vintage release of Tim Adams Fergus is named after their neighbouring wine producer who sold them his Grenache grapes during an acute shortage of Cabernet as well as Shiraz grapes in 1993 This wine exhibits fragrant berry aromas while its complex palate displays flavours of red brries infused with spices Adding Malbec to the mix provides the palate with added berry and violet flavours This mouth - filling and elegant wine pairs wonderfully well with lamb duck turkey and gamey meats It has a cellaring potential of up to 10 years
