WINERY INFORMATION Keith Rowland the great-great-grandson of wine pioneer Thomas Goss sold the Ingleburne family property to Tony Parkinson in 1998 for converting it into cellars for Penny rsquo s Hill nbsp In 2013 Alexia Roberts was appointed as Group Winemaker for the Galvanized Wine Group s an accomplished and passionate winemaker Alexia uses a winemaking style that reflects the unique regional characters of the McLaren Vale wine region TASTING NOTES This spectacular Thomas Goss Sauvignon Blanc displays a transparent colour with light green tints This delightful Sav Blanc flaunts an attractive bouquet of melon and citrus fruit aromas which intermix with sweet passionfruit characters on the fresh and juicy palate Supported by a natural acid balance this flavoursome Sauvignon Blanc ends in a crisp and refreshing climax Suggested food pairings for this enticing white wine include veggie burgers duck tacos roasted corn soup and Asian-style chicken salad
