The roots of The Wine Collective date back to 1946 and the formation of The Wine Society. While we've changed over the years, some wines have been constants in our history - and great sparklings have featured heavily. This Reserve Brut then is proudly a homage to the long history of great sparklingwines before it. A wine designed for immediacy, for celebration, for commiserations. Made from Chardonnay grapes that are early picked for maximum vitality, with the wine then spending almost a year on lees to gain an extra layer.
