Introducing our first ever Oregon vino! We reckon it’s worthy of an exclamation mark. This pinot was crafted by Ben Haines, Head Winemaker at Mt Langi Ghiran and yes, we realise thatââ‡Â¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢s in Australia. Ben hasn’t been acting alone, however, having been sent several barrel & tank samples from Ponzi Vineyards in Oregon, USA. He used these to craft his own special blend and sent instruction back to winemaker Luisa Ponzi of exactly how he wanted the wine finished. She blended, bottled and labelled his baby in 2016 and, in 2017, it was sent to Australia.
