Crafted by Head Distiller, James Reed, this beautifully aged Rum draws on his childhood living in the Caribbean. While Margaret River isnt the climate of his youth, James was able to create something fantastic with all the hallmarks of a classic Jamaican rum! The smaller 50L ex-bourbon barrels acceerated the aging of the spirit, imparting more complexity and depth to this delicious dark rum.
