This pinot never fails to impress and as Sam Kim, NZ wine critic cites it’s “elegant, stylish and flavoursome at the same time.” This ‘fo favourite pinot beautifully expresses the terroir of Central Otago, plush and robust. Each glass is a microcosm of soil and climate, mixe with hard work and care, that’s the winemakers part of it. The result of this aged beauty is “dark cherry, plum and mixed spice characters with nuances of cedar and dried herbs. It is ripe and finely textured on the palate, and offers delicate fruit intensity together with savoury complexity, enhanced by smooth mouthfeel and polished tannins.” so says Sam Kim, and Sam tastes a lot of wine, heck it’s his profession, he would know what complexity tastes like. It’s incredible value for money, and a sure source of pride for any mofo who serves this to their guests.
