A flagship variety of the Hunter Valley, our Pewter Series Semillon is beautifully lean, zesty and refreshing with lifted citrus notes. Sourced from the Spring Mountain vineyard Broke Road, Broke, the Semillon for this wine was harvested in the cool of the night, arriving at the winery at 2am. Toadd complexity and provide a soft mouth-feel, the wine was left on yeast lees for one month before milk fining, final filtration and bottling.
