Made of 100% Folle Blanche grapes the oldest grape variety in the Armagnac region. The nose is dominated by fresh pear and lime blossom aromas revealing notes of salt almond and caramel when the Blanche is allowed to breathe. A fresh sensation on the palate again led by pear and caramel with intnse black pepper flavours. Persistent spices and hints of plum green apple building to a strong finish with notes of dried flowers. To be discovered with ice or lightly chilled.
