WINERY INFORMATION Vineyard Since 2004 Don Lewis and Narelle King have been making wine in Priorat Spain Their immersion within the classic European wine regions and varietals sparked their interest in how these varietals could be grown and made in their own regions within Central Victoria Wiemaking The grapes were machine harvested crushed and pressed through an airbag press in the protective presence of SO2 Cold tank fermentation was undertaken at between 10 to 12 degrees celsius After fermentation was complete the wine was protein cold stabilised blended and prepared for bottling TASTING NOTES Pale gold nbsp A lifted bouquet of orange blossom and spring flowers with hints of mint and thyme Lime cordial and apple pie with a touch of cloves Sweet and refreshing The food matched with roast pork with the lot
