The 'Tamblyn' blend utilises the characteristics of the different varietals to give a wine that is full flavoured and balanced with a silky finish. Cabernet Sauvignon provides the complementary tannin structure, Shiraz and Merlot give berry roundness and Malbec adds a perfumed lift and intense colou.'A blend of cabernet, shiraz, malbec and merlot from Langhorne Creek. Smooth, supple and fleshy with delicious sweet fruit flavours balanced by a light touch of oak. Plenty of dark fruits swirling through the middle palate with fine grainy tannins and subtle oak to support. Nice wine in the short term. Never disappoints.'
