WINERY INFORMATION Talits Estate is a family owned vineyard and holiday home situated on a 50 acre property of beautiful gardens lush olive trees and ripe Merlot and Shiraz vines The winemaking team headed by winemaker Daniel Binet crafts these premium wines with the objective to showcase the nique characteristics and terroir of the region With more than 17 years of winemaking experience Daniel has been nominated twice for The Wine Society rsquo s ldquo Young Winemaker of the Year rdquo and ldquo Hunter Valley Rising Star rdquo nbsp TASTING NOTES Crafted using the saignee winemaking technique Talits Estate Rose features a deep crimson colour with a purple rim The fragrant nose is perfumed with intense aromas of raspberry red cherry and spice This wonderful Rose is dry and elegant on the palate filled with delicate floral characters and plush tannins that offer an elegant mouthfeel and a lengthy finish This alluring Rose can be paired with cheese and charcutterie boards grilled chicken or fish
