The fruit for the Cabernet Sauvignon is from the Long Gully vineyard at Healesville where the fruit was hand harvested and matured for 15 months in French oak barriques. Elegantand juicy with dark fruits savoury black olive Cabernet mint leaf and cedar tones. This medium bodied wine has fine chalky tannins and fine acidity that leads to a long tight finish.
