TASTING NOTES Delicious and extremely popular in tastings This sticky is 100 Sauvignon Blanc left on the vines to develop Noble Rot it is therefore only made in certain years where the right weather conditions occur Not so many New Zealand dessert wines are from this grape this and the wine srelative youth make it a very flexible food partner for desserts and cheese Melon tropical fruit guava and citrus marmalade abound The crisp finish means it tastes much fresher than you d expect for the 205g litre residual sugar level Ideal food match chocolate chill brownies
