WINERY INFORMATION Spring Vale is a family owned vineyard producing outstanding quality and full flavoured grapes allowing the winemaking team to create premium and award-winning Spring Vale wines The winery is owned and managed by Director Rodney Lyne while Winemaker Matt Wood supervises the wiemaking team The vineyard was established on the picturesque Freycinet Coast in Cranbrook Tasmania in 1986 nbsp nbsp TASTING NOTES This delightful Spring Vale Pinot Gris displays a pale yellow colour with golden tinges lurking throughout The perfumed nose gives off exhilarating scents of roasted hazelnuts and pears with hints of citrus and floral notes evident in the background The lush and textured palate packs layers of stone fruit and nougat characters which integrate with fine tannins and phenolics to culminate in a persistent and captivating finale This aromatic white wine tastes excellent served with East Coast periwinkles in sea urchin butter sauce nbsp
