These grapes are 100 estate grown and showcase the vineyard at its best The grapes have been hand picked and the resulting wine is a fine example of a Premium Hunter Valley Semillon Colour Pale straw with light green hues Nose Lifted zesty lemon and lime aromas with sweet apple blossom charaters Palate The tight structure of the palate is dominated by lemon and lime fruitswith hints of cut grass A very impressive Semillon that will please early consumers but at the same time also reward the patient collector by cellaring this special drop up to 2020
