Classically provencial style rose - elegant, ethereal, complex, fine and dry. Bright, delicate salmon pink, finely aromatic and perfumed with high notes of both fresh and dried rose petals, chervil and pink grapefruit over base notes of orange oil, guava and mace. Flavours mirror the aromatics and ae delicate and fresh. Pulpy and textural with a restrained roundness and fleshiness up front that draws out into a fine and feathered finish with soft, yet fresh, fruit acids.
