Tasmania at this time was very much a hidden gem of Australia, and it has now established itself as a region of excellent quality producing some of the best sparkling wine available. Roaring Beach is no different, a local secret, with a rugged coastline and some of the cleanest rainfall and air in the world. This sparkling display’s delicate citrus and green apple aromas and through the traditional methods and time of lees, bottle age delivers toasted biscuit flavours and a delicious creamy texture.
