"Higher quality than Champagnes costing nearly three times as much"wrote the Daily Telegraph; "English sparkling fizz at its best" put the Guardian. They were the bubbles of choice at Her Majesty's 80th birthday lunch, too. This is their Blanc de Blancs - pure Chardonnay, handcrafted every step with secondary ferment in bottle, just like Champagne.
