WINERY INFORMATION Established in 1878 Seabrook Wines is a family-owned wine company managed by fifth generation winemaker Hamish Seabrook nbsp The foundation of the company was laid down by wine pioneer William J Seabrook who is regarded as one of the earliest wine merchants of Australia In 205 Hamish decided to revive the 1878 wine label in honour of his family lineage in the wine industry and started the Lineage wine range nbsp TASTING NOTES Seabrook Lineage Shiraz is a deep red hued wine with purple tinges The beautiful bouquet exhibits lifted scents of blackberry spice and ripe plums The medium to full-bodied palate is packed with exciting flavours of dark fruits pepper liquorice and spice Subtle oak notes and soft tannins integrate with the layered palate to end in a vibrant and satisfying finish This delicious Shiraz tastes marvellous with brisket pepperoni pizza and BBQ steak nbsp nbsp
